Other RulesI acknowledge that I am renting the entire property of Bhavya Farms and Resort. I agree to act as the primary custodian of the property during my stay. I am responsible for the safety and conduct of all persons in my group and for securing the premises (locking gates/doors) when needed.

1. Alcohol Policy : I acknowledge that Bhavya Farms and Resort does not sell or serve alcohol. * Liability: I assume full responsibility for the sourcing and consumption of alcohol. The resort is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from intoxication. * Restrictions: Providing alcohol to minors is prohibited. Glass bottles are strictly prohibited near the pool area.

2. Self-Catering & Kitchen I understand that no food service is provided. We are responsible for our own meals and kitchen safety. * Safety: I agree to ensure all gas stoves and appliances are turned off when not in use. * Cleanliness: I agree to dispose of food waste in designated bins to maintain hygiene.

3. Swimming Pool Safety : No Lifeguard: I understand that no lifeguard is on duty. Use of the pool is at our own risk. * Responsibility: I assume full responsibility for supervising children and non-swimmers. * No Intoxication: Swimming while under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

4. I agree to be personally liable for any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment caused by my group. I authorize Bhavya Farms and Resort to charge me for necessary repairs.

5. Waiver of Liability : I hereby release Bhavya Farms and Resort, its owners, and employees from any liability, claims, or injuries sustained by myself or my party while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence by the owners.
